Ⅱ.Functional Features:
1.Based on the components of the electronic brake system, it is made and deeply optimized according to the teaching steps and course requirements. The driving inertia of the vehicle on the road can be truly simulated by a set of roller simulating road conditions driven by a three-phase asynchronous motor and coupled with inflatable tires. The operation of the motor is controlled by a professional digital inverter, which can realize the simulation of different driving speeds. At the same time, it also has the function of output power adjustment and overload protection, so as to ensure the safety and stability of the equipment.
2.When the tire rotates and the brake pedal is pressed urgently, the ABS system starts to work, the brake pedal can feel the constant spring foot, and the tire can be observed to keep a trace of rotation. The equipment has 6 pressure gauges, which can display the pressure of the brake master pump and the hydraulic change of the brake sub-pump of the four wheel cylinders in real time during the braking process
3.The training platform panel is painted with color UV flat jet circuit diagram, students can directly compare the circuit diagram and the engine object, understand and analyze the working principle of the control system; The panel is made of 4mm thick aluminum-plastic board with corrosion resistance, impact resistance, pollution resistance, fire resistance and moisture resistance. The surface is sprayed with primer by special process. The panel is printed with a color system circuit diagram that never fades.
4.There is OBD diagnostic interface on the training platform, which can code query, read fault code, clear fault code, read data stream, perform component test and other self-diagnosis functions for each control unit of electrical system through decoder.
5.In order to facilitate the identification and measurement of sensors and actuators, and reduce plug damage caused by plug removal and insertion of sensors and actuators, a 5cm detection end is required to be placed in parallel next to the plug of the original car wiring harness. The detection end is made of transparent arcylic material by laser engraving and flat jet painting, and the shape requirements are the same as the plane shape of the original car plug. The measuring end adopts a special detection terminal, and marks the number of the measuring Angle and the name of the sensor actuator. The electrical signals of each sensor, actuator and engine control unit pin can be detected directly on the measuring terminal, such as resistance, voltage, current and frequency signals,etc..
6.Configure the intelligent fault assessment function: it mainly consists of two independent systems, the teacher fault setting terminal and the student answer terminal, which are installed on the mobile terminal. Teachers can use mobile teaching terminal to connect with the fault setting module of integrated teaching AIDS for fault setting. After the fault setting is completed, students can use the mobile learning terminal to carry out the examination and answer questions. After the examination, the score is automatically stored in the module, which is convenient for the teacher to query the score of each student.
7.The whole equipment is made of integrated full-plastic high-strength ABS full-mold button-type base standard, which is manufactured in strict accordance with the EU CE electrical certification standard. The shell is oil-resistant, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. The base of the equipment is built with aluminum profiles, which does not appear the phenomenon of peeling after the traditional steel frame is sprayed, and the whole equipment has excellent safety and reliability.
