1.The gear lever is installed on the platform, and CAN communication and motor control CAN real-time communication are adopted. Consistent with the original vehicle operation process; It is necessary to press the brake to correctly give the signal to motor controller, and the gear lever is equipped with R, N and D indicators, which can observe the parking position of the current gear and come with a shift switch; It is necessary to press the switch to shift, and the motor can be turned forward, reversed and stopped through the gear lever RND.
2. Equipped with vehicle combination instrument, CAN display real-time power transmission process, speed, voltage, current, SOC, mileage, speed and other data, data can be displayed by the motor controller and BMS and gear lever real-time CAN transmission.

Motor controller intelligent torque control the acceleration pedal to slow step, hard step, slow lift, hard lift and other operations, the motor can still output smooth torque, system intelligent temperature control setting when the internal temperature of the controller exceeds 85℃, the controller three-phase output current will be automatically adjusted; When the internal temperature rises to 90°C, the three-phase controller stops output current. When the motor temperature exceeds 130℃, the three-phase output current of the controller will be automatically adjusted; Motor temperature rises to 150℃ controller three-phase stop output current, effectively protect the motor, with anti-reverse connection setting; When the battery is connected reversed, the controller soft-start protection will not pull the contactor, and there will be no damage to the battery and the controller itself.
7.The column is made of integrated full-plastic high-strength ABS full-mold button-type base standard, which is manufactured in strict accordance with the EU CE electrical certification standard. The shell is oil-resistant, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. The base of the equipment is built with aluminum profiles, which does not appear the phenomenon of peeling after the traditional steel frame is sprayed, and the whole equipment has excellent safety and reliability.
