I.Product Overview
The charging equipment assembly and commissioning intelligent training platform is composed of the new national standard 7KW AC cabinet charging pile and the special test load box for charging pile. It is specially developed for training charging pile assembly, debugging and after-sales maintenance technicians. The charging pile has the function of repeated disassembly and assembly, and all accessories can be quickly positioned, assembled and debugging. Simple operation, high efficiency, charging pile and charging pile load device used together, with charging test function, can automatically verify the correctness of assembly, assembly performance of effective testing and inspection, charging pile bottom strengthened to enhance stability. Through the charging pile assembly debugging practice,students can master the connection control relationship between the core components of AC charging pile; Cultivate students' ability to assemble and debug AC charging piles and their ability to analyze and deal with faults.

- The charging pile adopts cabinet structure, and the support below is reinforced.
- After connecting and debugging the charging pile, the charging plug is connected to the vehicle end of its own national standard AC charging socket, and the correctness of the wiring can be verified.
- The charging pile has perfect safety protection function, with input side over-voltage, under-voltage protection, output side over-voltage, over-current protection, over-temperature, short circuit, leakage, lightning protection and other protection.
- The man-machine interface on the front of the charging pile can dynamically display real-time charging voltage, charging current, charging quantity, charging time and other information.
- With charging, emergency stop button switch, connection confirmation detection, charging door detection, charging gun lock, charging temperature detection and other functions to ensure charging safety.
