Ⅰ.Product Overview:
The platform is designed Based on BYD E5 Battery Electric Vehicles power battery, including power battery pack, battery management unit, etc., it fully demonstrates the internal structure, control principle, and performance parameters of the power battery, which is suitable for middle and higher vocational colleges and training institutions to teach the principle of Battery Electric Vehicles power battery system.

Ⅱ.Functional Features:
1. The original BYD E5 power battery pack (including BMS management system) is selected. The power battery pack adopts a distributed battery management system, which consists of a battery management controller (BMC), a battery information collector, and a battery sampling line. The main functions of the battery management controller include charge and discharge management, contactor control, power control, abnormal state alarm and protection of the battery, SOC/SOH calculation, self-check and communication functions etc... The main functions of the battery information collector include battery voltage sampling, temperature sampling, battery balancing, and abnormal sampling line detection etc..The main function of the power battery sampling line is to connect the battery management controller and the battery information collector to realize the communication and information exchange between the two.

  • The main components are installed on the platform, and the electrical connection method is the same as that of the real car. It can be easily disassembled after power failure, so that students can master the disassembly and assembly key points and safety protection of high-voltage system components during the disassembly and connection process; The cover of the power battery pack adopts an acrylic cover consistent with the appearance of the original car battery, which is more convenient to observe the internal structure of the battery.

3. The training platform provides the power source for the "drive transmission system" and "air conditioning control system" and other training platforms. The connecting cable is matched with the original car, and the connection mode is the same as that of the original car.

4.The training platform is equipped with a 12V power grounding mechanical switch, which can disconnect the 12V ground at any time and cut off the entire system power supply.

5.Configure the intelligent fault assessment function: it mainly consists of two independent systems, the teacher fault setting terminal and the student answer terminal, which are installed on the mobile terminal. Teachers can use mobile teaching terminal to connect with the fault setting module of integrated teaching AIDS for fault setting. After the fault setting is completed, students can use the mobile learning terminal for assessment and answer questions. After the assessment, the results are automatically stored in the module, which is convenient for teachers to query the results of each student.

6. In order to facilitate the identification and measurement of sensors and actuators, and to reduce plug damage caused by plug removal and insertion of sensors and actuators while restoring the detection scene of the real car, a detection end ≥5cm is required to be placed in parallel beside the plug of the original car wiring harness, and the detection end is made of transparent Acrylic material by laser engraving and flat jet painting, and the shape requirements are the same as the plane shape of the original car plug. The measuring end adopts a special detection terminal, and marks the number of the measuring Angle and the name of the sensor and actuator. The electrical signals of each sensor, actuator and engine control unit pin can be detected directly on the measuring terminal, such as resistance, voltage, current and frequency signals etc... With the help of multimeter and oscilloscope, you can real-time detect the parameter changes under various states.

7.The Training platform frame is assembled by European standard aluminum profile , solid and reliable never change color.  There are 4 casters installed at the bottom of the platform frame ,so it is flexible movement, while the casters with self-locking device, so position can be fixed.

8.OBD II interface fault code is read by the real vehicle special decoder to ensure the authenticity of the vehicle fault data and the authenticity of the operation.

9.The high-voltage components of the training platform will be protected by high transparency plexiglass, and the necessary movable Windows for the plug-in of high-voltage components can be opened to ensure that the high-voltage components and cables in the equipment will not be damaged in the daily storage process, resulting in the harm of reduced insulation performance.

10.The panel of the training platform is printed with circuit diagram and configured with detection port. With the help of multimeter and oscilloscope, the parameter changes under various states can be detected in real time.

11.The Training platform is equipped with training instructions manual.
