.Product Overview

The use of new energy vehicles mass production of lithium iron phosphate power battery, single cell battery nominal voltage 3.2V, capacity 20Ah, the battery is safe and stable.

The power battery pack adopts 24pcs  single cell batteries in series, the rated voltage of the battery pack is 73.6V, which can dynamically monitor the total voltage of the battery pack, charge and discharge current, battery pack temperature and voltage of each single battery, and realize the SOC estimation of the battery pack, effective charge and discharge control and fault alarm functions. The surface of the power battery pack is covered with 5mm thick transparent acrylic plate, clearly showing the power battery pack wiring.

The training platform consists of lithium iron phosphate battery box, battery management system (BMS), intelligent vehicle charger (OBC), DC/DC conversion module, charging relay, discharge relay, pre-charged relay, pre-charged resistor, manual maintenance switch (MSD), Hall current sensor, ignition switch, 10-inch touch display screen, GB Mode 2 charging gun, GB AC charging stand , 12V start battery.

Ⅲ.Product Features

  • The training platform is equipped with a 10-inch touch screen, which can dynamically observe the data information of battery pack voltage, charge and discharge current, battery pack temperature, SOC, relay closing state, charging state (CC, CP), insulation detection, single cell voltage, etc. The BMS system parameters can be read through the touch screen, and the alarm/protection parameters of the BMS system can be modified. Simulate the change status of system information such as primary alarms and secondary protection, and automatically wake up/sleep on the touch screen to save energy consumption.
  • The training platform is equipped with an intelligent vehicle charger (OBC), which communicates with BMS through the CAN protocol. After connecting the charging gun, CC and CP status is detected and the system self-checks OK, and the charging positive contactor is closed. The charger performs constant current charging according to the real-time status information of BMS, and BMS monitors the charging process in real time.
  • The high voltage connection of the battery box adopts the high voltage plug-in, the system design loop interlock, and the maintenance switch and any plug can be pulled and cut off the relay when the system is running; Disconnect external power transmission; Ensure operational safety.
  • BMS internal circuit design passive balance, so that the remaining battery energy in the system tends to be consistent,to extend the battery life.
  • The cover of the power battery box is designed as a transparent acrylic plate, which clearly shows the connection of the power battery pack. Each battery is marked with the corresponding serial number, and the line collection line is marked with the cable label. You can intuitively understand the connection mode of the acquisition line.
  • The column is made of integrated full-plastic high-strength ABS full-mold button-type base standard, which is manufactured in strict accordance with the EU CE electrical certification standard. The shell is oil-resistant, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. The base of the equipment is built with 40*40, 40*80 aluminum profiles, which does not appear the phenomenon of paint removal after the traditional steel frame spraying, and the whole machine has excellent safety and reliability.
